Need serious help diagnosing my 2019 Modenas Pulsar NS200

Hey everyone, reaching out because my Pulsar NS200 is acting possessed and it’s getting genuinely dangerous to ride. Hoping someone here has dealt with this specific nightmare before.

The long-term issues:
For a while now, I've had two weird symptoms that just won't go away. First, the blue backlights behind my handlebar switches are completely unstable. They randomly turn off and come back on whenever they feel like it. Second, my fuel pump has a persistent, loud buzzing sound. It doesn't just prime for 2 seconds and stop; it just constantly buzzes. Sometimes it goes away for a bit, but most of the time it’s just there.

The startup issues:
Before the major incident, the bike started acting up worse. It was taking forever to crank over and start. Then, as soon as it finally started, the moment I shifted into 1st gear and tried to ride, the engine would just die instantly under load.

What happened yesterday (The scary part):
I was riding with very low petrol, approaching a left-hand corner. Right before the turn, my digital speedometer went completely haywire, jumping randomly from 0 to 41, then 35, then 61 km/h in a split second. Immediately after that, the entire bike lost all electrical power. Because the engine cut out instantly while I was moving, the rear wheel locked up and the bike skidded violently left and right. I barely kept it upright.

Right now:
Today I tried to start it. The main dashboard console is completely pitch black (no neutral light, nothing), but the bike somehow cranked and started. It stays running, but it feels like there is very low power output when I throttle and stuff.

I was thinking it might be a dead battery or running out of gas, but with the buzzing fuel pump, flickering switchgear, and the way it cut out specifically when turning left, I'm wondering if it's a short circuit or a failed relay under the seat?

Has anyone experienced this on an NS200? Any advice on where to start looking before I drag it to a mechanic would be massive. Thanks.
