The pupil on Sal's left eye is dilated bc of fear (sympathetic system activated), but his right prosthetic eye can't have a pupil dilated

I was wearing braces for 3 years. It's been a year since I stopped wearing them and had aligners instead. Now I have retainers on my lower jaw and aligners on my upper jaw (orthodontist said retainers on my upper jaw would rub on my lower jaw teeth so said aligners is a better choice)
I started feeling a painless bump on my left upper jaw and I thought its my wisdom teeth. My dentist told me to do a scan and looking at the scan she said they need to be removed all 4 of them. My orthodontist however said they will grow just fine and there is place for them in my kaw so they do not need to be removed. Help!
