Greed will be the end of lovable.
Used to be a good website but now these people are charging you an arm and a leg for the absolute WORST AI avaiable.
I guarantee they are using free opensource models and actually charging us for them. The code quality is for sure absolutely terrible and they refuse to say what model is under the hood.
Most of you wont notice it bceause your building simple websites, but anyhting 3d related and you can see how gargage it is, its like models from LAST YEAR.
Thats the entire reason they have no model selector .btw
Not only that but now if you try and enable supabase for your project they dont allow you to click a button, it literally just enters an auto prompt for the ai and it asks it too which it often declines and then will tell you sorry we can only build this on lovable cloud, which lovable cloud is ANOTHER Credit ripoff.
Ofc yes i now have codex and claude code building my websites, now which is 10x better.
Cant wait for this company to burn in hell. They are incredibly greedy.
