my macbook pro 2017 when i turn on it shows apple logo then it fades away no startup sound or anything when i plug it in it puts the charging sound and capslock also lights up

hi this is my macbook pro 2017 my brother put a dumb shrotcut that disables sleep mode ore something and it became like this no macbook start up sound or anything caps lock lights up tho and it will stay and sometimes the apple logo will fade away with a green tone does anyone know how to fix
