Inspector name: Naveen - as told in the video. If I heard incorrectly, you can correct me; I'm open to adding the right information.

Anyway, what are we supposed to do about this? I am aware the High Court has decided to see the videos, but when? And how do we make sure the appealing lawyer gets this video? Does anyone know them? If yes, please make this video reach them.

Make sure the victim's identity is preserved and she does not face any problems.

Is it deffamation if i expose screenshots of someone dwhk defamed me?

I have been lately thinking of at least letting the truth be out on the internet, on some blog or post, about what was done to me by a classmate who decided to make false accusations, like I hacked their phone, when I never did any such thing. And yes, I made one mistake, which was to reach out to some friends of the person just to get some clarity on the matter.

But the person made false accusations against me, threatened my parents as well by calling them, and not just that, spread lies like hacking and all in order to destroy my reputation in my college batch, in order to scare me away.

And to be honest, the person did all this instead of confronting and talking because they knew they had not just lied to me from the start about our friendship, but used me to get work done for projects and all. They felt back then that I would expose this, so they did this, but I had not even done that. I just wanted to talk directly, wanted some accountability, which never came. Rather, the person, in spite of all the good that I did, chose to stab me in the back and destroy my reputation and career. I sensed it on time, so I had exited the group, but my friends sent me screenshots of the lies spread by the person and their friends against me.

So my question is, can I, on some blogging website or any post, now tell what they did to me a few years back, or is it considered defamation? Is this the law we have in India? Then truth is shut down for eternity cause it may harm the reputation of wrongdoers? But what they did was defaming me and destroying my career, and I can't even speak for justice?

By the way, why didn't you file a case 2 years back? Because my parents, especially my father, are shit scared about his own reputation that their son seemed desperate once back then to be a friend of a betrayer and rather should have been smart enough to let go and not speak of it. This led to me letting it go back then legally, yet socially I want to speak still about it, take it out once, leave the truth out for those to uncover how many people are silently destroyed by others so that people see and learn to be cautionary about someone who may do the same to them and also to share my story.

My CBSE school forced me into Commerce because my Class 10 Math marks weren't "good enough." Now I'm 27, back to learning 11th Physics. The system stole a decade from me.

When I was 15, my school—a top-tier CBSE school in Chandigarh that everyone knows—decided I was not "Science material."

My Class 10 Math marks were average. Not terrible. Just not "good enough" by their standards. And that was enough for them to lock me out of PCM and PCB. They pushed me into Commerce. I didnt rebel about it because I was 15 and kept my trust with them.

Now more than a decade, to be precise its 12 yrs since 10th to look back at the decision made about career choice was in ny hands or it just seemed to be in my hands while other stakeholders played thier passive roles behind the closed doors of home and classroom.

I studied Commerce. Then BA Music Production. Then IIM Shillong. Then UPSC prep. I kept moving, changing careers in order to find a path which not just feels but would excite my curiosity as well keep me enough motivated enough ti be forever working on somethings in my life. And the subject which felt like dat was physics.

So Now, at 27, i picked uo the class 11th books, and found myself to be Back to learning 11th Physics. Not for a degree. Not for a job. Just to reclaim what was taken from me.

I am not writing this for sympathy. I am writing this because the Indian education system does this to thousands of students every year. At 15, you are judged by one subject, one exam, and your entire future is decided. If you slip, you are banished to Commerce or Humanities. Your curiosity, your creativity, your potential—none of it matters. Only your Marks mattered to them, only marks in some subject (in my case it was mathematics) to decide the capabiloty of a child.

The school did not care about me. They cared about their pass percentage. They cared about their reputation. They sacrificed a student's curiosity to protect their results. And that is not education—that is administration packed behind fear of reoutatuin, social image and brandvalue of a school. Hece in my persoective its business, not education.

I was told I would never do anything. But I released music in a film. I built a framework on consciousness. I am now studying physics on my own terms. That is not nothing.

The system is broken. It processes children, labels them, and moves on. It does not see the decade of lost potential, the years spent unlearning the lie that you are "not good enough."

I am not here to complain. I am here to ask:

How many of you were locked out of your chosen stream because of Class 10 marks? How many of you carried that label for years? How many of you are now trying to claw your way back to what you actually wanted to study?

A school that decides a child's future based on one exam does not deserve to decide anything. I am proof of that.

The system is broken. But we are not broken. We are just survivors of a machine that never saw us as human.

edit: overall cgpa in 10th: 8.8

1 subject maths was near 75% so.. they did noy ley me have it.

2nd edit : 2.1) People are calling out that I did not write this post. First of all, focus on the point, which is how some schools under CBSE push students to take careers they did not want. Can CBSE schools be allowed to do so? Not all CBSE schools do it; it's DPS which does, and somehow parents did not want me to go to another school as my entire schooling was done in DPS.

2.2) I just used Samsung's paraphrase feature in the keyboard. It's an instant process, much like auto-replace, which everyone uses. Don't you people use auto-replace and spell check? Samsung just gave the option for paraphrasing also, which doesn't mean I didn't write it. Rather, I wrote the entire post myself; I just paraphrased it.

2.3) I'm adding my 10th marksheet as well. It's all 9 GPA; just mathematics went bad in the 2nd term that I got 8 GPA, and it happens because I used to get bored with pure numbers, while I like the conceptual work of physics, which, even if it has some formulas like force and electricity chapters, always feels fun to do.

9th and 10th class Marksheet

Btw a reply to those who say i cant write own my own; Come on, I have written research papers in IIM, songs, and poetry back when AI was not there. I'm not Gen Z. I was doing all this mostly from 2017 to 2020. I don't know which AI was there or not, but it definitely wasn't popular enough, nor did I use it in those days at all. And to be honest, I don't use it even now; it's my phone's auto-replace which has a paraphraser, and I simply use my own keyboard whuch i hv opted out from, after a poloteful insight via u/Tight-Prize6509

edit: i hv opted out from keyboard paraphrase feature on my samsung device after an politeful inisght via u/Tight-Prize6509

edit: lets abondon technology and all of us lets live traditional lives as before pre-indistrialisation era

edit: u/ananwastaken Was bullying. He claims initially in a comment that he is on my side - but Not a single comment he did hwich acknowledges the post, not a single place he took my side. forsy he lied and then He was trying to play clever, thats a manipulator, i studied psychology in upsc so... i can idenitify now.

Calling out openly as this is bad as it should not happen to anyone in school, he had guts to do it anonymously on reddit.

Why do highly educated officers choose blind compliance over their own brains and Article 19?

We often talk about how incredibly difficult it is to clear exams like the UP Police recruitment tests, SPSC (UPPSC), or other elite administrative entry barriers.

### The men clearing these are undeniably smart, highly educated, and have beaten out lakhs of other candidates.

But looking at the recent viral video from Prayagraj where UP Police and the ADM disrupted an indoor, closed-room interaction between AAP MP Sanjay Singh and student leaders over the NEET paper leak issue, a serious question arises: Why do these highly qualified officers stop using their own brains once they put on the uniform?

As Sanjay Singh correctly pointed out to the ADM and police on the spot, “Permission is required for public places... Show me the rule that says permission is needed to hold a discussion in a conference hall.”

The meeting was happening indoors inside the Circuit House—a facility built by public money.

##There was no disruption to public traffic, no law-and-order situation, and no "anti-national" speech. Yet, officials allegedly went to the length of cutting off the power supply just to halt a discussion on a massive public issue affecting 22 lakh students.

if an elected Member of Parliament can be cornered in a private conference room and have his Article 19 (Freedom of Speech) challenged simply because the state administration wants to avoid political discomfort, what chance does an ordinary citizen stand?

How did we reach a point where officers who cleared rigorous constitutional exams act blindly on informal political dictums instead of following the actual law? Shouldn't we have a stricter legal framework to immediately hold such overreaching officers accountable? What are your thoughts on how we can break this culture of blind police compliance in India?

###My Questions for the Legal Minds Here:Under the current CrPC/Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), does the district administration have any legal backing to stop a peaceful indoor meeting inside a booked hall under the guise of "maintaining law and order" when no disruption exists?

Why is it so legally tedious to discipline or suspend officers who clearly overstep their constitutional boundaries? What reformative laws do we need to ensure state police forces respect fundamental rights over political directives?
