Gnats driving me crazy
Hello. To not make things too long my house has been having a gnat problem in the kitchen for quite a while that we can’t see to get fixed but that’s not my main concern. My sisters and Is bedrooms are the closest rooms to the kitchen, her door being closer than mine, and the problem has moved to my room. They’re everywhere; on my ceiling, fan, under my bed, in (my half and the shower area of) our connected bathroom, over my desk etc. Her room stays clear from what i know even though we keep our rooms in the general same condition (if snything mine is cleaner because of her dog). We both eat in our room, have fridges that are about shoulder length (Im 5’8), have pets that don’t leave the room, etc. I have no plants, no open food, and no fruit left out in the open so I have no clue where they’d breeding except maybe my bathroom. Please help me I’m going mental and it’s gotten to the point I’m sleeping anywhere else but my room because I have hear them buzzing. I can include pictures if needed.
