John Griswold is the illustrator of the the cards they're giving out at the shows and the artwork for sleeve of the 7" single of Lost Boys; we can finally know this because he is credited on it.
I really like her illustrations and style and they're totally in line with what he's done for Phoebe.

I'm going to update my theory a little bit…
I still think the drawing indicates a date; perhaps the album was announced on August 12th, but not released that day. When the number XII appeared, I thought it confirmed it, but with the appearance of XIV…
COULD IT BE AN ASTRONOMICAL CLOCK????!!!!!
These clocks have three pointers: one with the sun, another with the moon, and another with a golden star (which could be it if what's between the moon and the sun is an asteroid, as I mention below).
And the images below would be a calendar; I'll add a photo later so you can see what I mean. It's the Prague astronomical clock, in case you want to look for pictures. This clock also has figures flanking it like the painting. (Sorry the details are in Spanish)
In my head, all of this is making sense right now. It's quite similar.
I've ruled out Hecate as the woman in the upper left, although I found it amusing that she was the granddaughter of the Titan Phoebe.
It could be the goddess Maya (Maia), because she has similar representations and she's the one who gives her name to the month of May, which is when the concerts began. She's also one of the Pleiades (Seven Sisters), which could be what's represented in the middle.
And she also has an asteroid named after her (66 Maja), which could also be what's between the sun and the moon in the upper representation of the eclipse, and what "Phoebe" is observing with her telescope. It would also be the object on the right, and not a shooting star.
And the creature with the eye—I don't know what that could be either. I only understand that it has an eye in its back and is covering its face from the asteroid's glare.
And lastly, if none are missed, there are 25 stars drawn in the image of the asteroid. It doesn't seem accidental given how some of them are positioned, but this is just a guess. ¿Perhaps there are 26 including the asteroid and indicates the year?
I'd rather be wrong or admit I don't know than post something that Google's AI tells me, like some other things I've read here. I prefer that everyone think or say what comes to mind for themselves or after reading about it…
PS: The card with the number XIV is a bit of a Frankenstein creation; I constructed it from two because the one that appeared on Twitter was badly cropped.

It's just a theory…
But I'm starting to think that maybe the image formed by the cards they're giving out at the shows is pointing to a date, because on August 12th, there will be a total solar eclipse and the peak of the Perseid meteor shower.
The Leo sign is also there, which is the zodiac sign for those dates, and the lion is in the upper right corner. And Phoebe is also Leo.
I don't know if the woman on the left could be Hecate because of the snake she's holding and a possible torch or key (the yellow part cut off on the right).
And here's the crazy part: Hecate was the granddaughter of Phoebe (Titaness) (Φοίβη, Febe) in ancient Greek… that means PB3?
I don't know, maybe I'm just going crazy, hahaha.

Looking at the latest cards that have appeared, I think the final result should be something like this. I have doubts about the top part, whether it will be a complete circle or a semicircle. The bottom part, I think, is clearly meant to be like this; everything fits perfectly.

I used the template that someone had already made and updated it; if it's supposed to be the album cover (but I'm not sure), it should be square. If more cards appear, I can add them.
