I just delivered a Comcast package to a customer in an apartment complex. I had already marked the delivery completed, & the customer called me just as I was moving on to my extremely delivery. Customer stated that they weren't scheduled to move into the apartment until next Tuesday & is out of town. I have reached out to Support thru the app & have been sitting & waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone to help me. How do you guys handle these situations wen they occur?
