Hi - I placed an order through CVS. Got a notification that the items were picked up (and didn’t require me to be home to receive delivery).

I’ve been home all day and it never arrived. When I checked the tracking it said Driver cancelled - but gave no reason.

I can’t find anywhere to contact support and ask. All the support numbers are for drivers.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW A CUSTOMER CAN GET SUPPORT AND INQUIRE ABOUT A DELIVERY?

We battled the traffic, the pickups, the wait,
The “customer unavailable” and orders running late.
We loaded, we drove, we delivered with pride,
While Roadie said, “Here’s $67 a block enjoy the ride.” 💀

But my fellow drivers, the time has arrived—
I’m officially done. I’m leaving this ride.
No more staring at offers that make me say,
“Is this a delivery… or way less than minimum wage?”

So Kevin, K-Dog, Chad and Chris,
Keep fighting the fight, but I’m done with this.
May your routes be short and your payouts be fat,
And may Roadie one day figure out where the money’s at.

Like the title say; Roadie is utter trash and the entire commerce world would be better if they would just go under as a company.

Just rename the fcking app already. Nothing but shitty bundles everywhere. All those bestbuy and petsmart clowns disease has spread to the entire app

I’m trying to figure out what would be the best state to relocate to if needed and still get good paying XD gigs. I usually get selected for a gig everyday Monday-Saturday. In Cleveland it’s a lot of gigs paying $150-300 under 100 miles and most are mail innovations gigs because our warehouse separates mail innovations and home depot gigs. They just started combining the gigs within the last two days and I deliver in a SUV so I can only get certain gigs. Could anybody confirm they get $150+ gigs for reasonable mileage on a consistent basis at a different location out of state for mail innovations gigs?

I didn’t receive anything last week and it’s already past 5 AM which is usually the time prop 22 is processed and I still don’t see anything in my account

Anyone else's XD location start doing this really fucked thing where they put both Mail Innovations & the big bulky requires at least an SUV packages together in the same route?? Like, the few routes I did see today had mostly Mail Innovations but then I get to the bottom of the list and there's like 7 34" x 20" packages too.

There were zero routes that just had Mail Innovations small packages for Cleveland today... at least not that I've seen.

I’m looking for opinions/advice from other Roadie drivers because Support has been giving me the runaround and I’m not sure if I’m being unreasonable here.
I accepted a Tractor Supply Gig from Oak Harbor, WA to Orcas Island, WA. The delivery was to Orcas, so in order to actually complete the delivery, I had to take my vehicle on the ferry. There is obviously no road from Oak Harbor to Orcas Island. The ferry cost ended up being over $100.
I contacted Roadie Support to request reimbursement for the ferry/toll expense. After going back and forth with them, they told me that Tractor Supply Gigs do not reimburse tolls.
I asked to speak with a supervisor because I wanted clarification on the policy and why this particular Gig wouldn’t qualify. The agent told me there is no way for me to contact a supervisor and gave me a phone number, but the phone number just directs me back to the same chat support.
So now I’m stuck.
I’m not talking about taking a ferry because it was more convenient or because I chose a scenic route. The destination was Orcas Island, and I couldn’t complete the delivery without putting my vehicle on a ferry.
Has anyone else done a Tractor Supply gig to San Juan Islands/Orcas island? Have you ever gotten Roadie to reimburse a ferry/toll expense? If so, how did you get it approved?
And if Roadie’s position really is that Tractor Supply doesn’t reimburse any tolls, even when a ferry is literally required to complete the delivery, is there anything else I should do or anyone else I should contact?

Can confirm HD doesn’t show on map anymore during peak times because they’re sending auto match before posting them. I was picking up for another app and got auto matched for a batch that paid pretty well, even though I wasn’t picking up for roadie so I wasn’t assigned anything I was just in the store . Didn’t want to stack between apps. I got too nervous so I declined the roadie one then it popped up on the app 10 minutes later and on top of that for $20 more than what was offered to me. Now I noticed that’s why nobody ever sees them anymore. They see who wants to get lowballed then it gets posted

I haven’t done a roadie since 2021 cause I thought it was not worth it anymore cause of the pay now 5 years later and the pay got even worst!!! Way worst in California I can’t believe how you idiots are actually taking these offers they are laughing and you morons right now they are paying you guys extremely bad everyone should just stop doing roadie and screw them over!!

I’d like to know if anyone here has been to the warehouse in Carson—what the process is like and what they ask for when you arrive. I’ve never used RoadieXD before, so I’d like to get an idea of ​​how things work at that warehouse. Thanks.
