Make sure you are doing the following:

  1. Punch in and out to the minute

  2. recovery all day long

  3. sell stuff all day long

  4. engage customers inside and outside "lol"

  5. do your training

  6. do your scavengers

  7. do a bajillion price tag changes

  8. only get 4 hours to do it

  9. keep everything clean and tidy

  10. lift a ton of heavy shit constantly

  11. make sure to stay on task, yet be pulled off task every minute

  12. get paid $16/hr

Hello Corporate, its so simple...listen.

  1. Digital price tags, make the investment....

  2. Overnight restocking/recovery crews

  3. YES MORE LABOR, no skeleton staff bs

3 changes, you actually will have good running stores

little aquastrong 16kbtu review hex16

5k Gallon above ground.

had a 330k btu gas in my previous home, sucked down propane.

This one was $450 bux from aquastrong 16k btu plug in regular outlet, heat pump

took the pool from 64 degrees to 80 in 2 days running 24/7 used 125 KWH which where we are is about $50 bux

Works fine if you are looking to heat your small pool up a tad, super east installation, just needed to buy 1 extra hose. heated about .5 to 1 degree a hour.

side benefit is we have it angled so where we sit on the patio it blows the cold air at us, not bad at all!

Just 1 more person...

15-20-25k daily sales goals, you cant afford just 1 more person for 4-6 hours for a whopping 16-20 bux a hour? 1 more person to sell a 4k mower, 1 more person to help a customer add more shit etc, 1 more person to cover a break.. etc etc

3 person shifts are not a retail store its just a gas station, and shit even QT and wawa has more staff on then TSC lol

Got a 5k gallon 15 round above ground.

Bought a rated 6500 gallon 115v aquastrong heat pump. Seems like it heats the pool up 1 degree per hour but never feels like hot water coming out of the jet.

Tested so far 60 to 70. Draws 1.3kwh pwr hour

Have a idle IRA as in previous employer for about 250k. I understand the have to pull till 59.5 etc rule, not sure about "what amount you have to pull"

Just considering trying to unlock these funds to use over these next years instead of waiting.

What ifs/but. I have other retirement buckets this is just a extra

Im a saver so Im heavy on retirement, however as time goes on I have come around time spent with family etc is more important then keep stock piling.

If this all burned tomorrow my life wouldn't change so there's that.

Asking to see if anyone has done one of these?
