2. batched gigs have a higher number on the screen then singles so you think you are making more. You are so far behind stopping at multiple stores w time and pickups its literally disgusting.

3. Both of the 2 above changes are understood by drivers that have brains but at the same time still.want to drive the gigs so you will suck it up and take that automatch or first low price map pop since you know their is a hoard right behind you wanting it. Ya you may resist is for awhile. But same bs happened w cvs when they capped pharm around 13 and retail around 12. "O well thats the new rates"

4. Everyone knows the high vast majority of.these gigs are $1 a mile IF U R LUCKY now. And since they batches these gigs now you always will have that 1 terrible fucking dekivery 15 miles straight into middle of fking nowhere. But if you want the rest you have to take that shit.

5. They will start to work their orders down to .9 then .8 then just like tire and sOmahatrash ull.be close to .5. People will still.do them with whatever insane math they are doing in their head working for free or even losing money.

gig gets posted to the map, get home. Now its full 13.04 15 mins later, So roadie fucked me by not just giving it to me at 13.04 or even like $11 since i was there already and customer has to wait a tad longer.

Was seeing the comments on automatch posted on here last week's. Drove a decent distance today to do a errand. Got hit w 6 automatch trash along the way.

Probably they will move more to this to send offers to drivers first like you are special or something to sucker you in for dirt low rate. And slowly but surely the map will start to disappear as they move towards a doordash system.

Needs to be some time every 2 weeks or whatever for cleaning and reset.

Your TMs cant be multitasking every physical second of the shift. If you need to build shit set a shift to build shit. If you have a project set a shift or reorganize the backroom or yard or do inventory hard counts etc.

I've never worked for such a company where every physical second is consumed and if you actually want to try to fix something you literally dont have the time.
