Lets talk about it. meeting

  1. TSC pushing 4health to go inhouse just like walmart did with great value.

  2. TSC pushing to signup customers on autoship? umm no fuck you, and NO STORE credit when that customer signs up??? ya no so you want whatever shitty base we already have not to come to the store so corp banks the sales???? nope another delusional boardroom reject decision.

  3. Credit card giving immediate dog washes, Smart decision one of the very few

  4. GURA bs, cant have happy customers before you have happy employees you assholes, cart before the horse.

  5. 0 talk of pay 0 talk of bonus 0 talk of incentives, just crying we are losing customers and profits, welp go fuck yourself you dont care about your employees then they wont work for you the way you want.

Just staff more you greedy fucks

Want happier customers? Staff people to actually help them?

Want clean organized stores? Staff people to specifically do that..

Want more sales. Staff people to actually sell shit and not just say what aisle...

Your KID 17 yr old team members are not some hyper multi tasking gods that know every 100k skus and products. This company needs to do a undercover boss or something. They are totally running ideas on theory.

Just saying sorry, i know some people get out their soap boxes, some point fingers, some laugh.

For the ones that just woke up and had their lives turned upside down and stressing out, its going to hurt, but tomorrow will be another day. Sorry you are having to go through this.

PSA support, they are just humans also

these are just poor peeps over in india or wherever probably multi texting all sorts of app issues, roadie doordash etc, yelling at them or being mean isnt gonig to do anything, they hate their jobs. but they do deserve to be treated somewhat nicely as they dont have the power to do anythign except give us a trash $4 cancel fee or whatever.

Automatch is not your friend

yes durrr its here to stay, ofc

it lowers pay across the board. They are spinning it as it helps drivers not "wait" to get a offer and deliveries get to the customer faster.

everything will be automatch very shortly here, maps empty

edit:
example that just happened, i was in a dunkin drive thru grabbing a coffee, CVS pharm auto popped for $7.80, no fuck that decline, start driving home (the other way) I was 2 miles away at the time from the CVS

gig gets posted to the map, get home. Now its full 13.04 15 mins later, So roadie fucked me by not just giving it to me at 13.04 or even like $11 since i was there already and customer has to wait a tad longer.

Here is a fucking compromise, if you want to push us a fucking offer then let us "submit a offer back to you" it cant be that hard to code. The little kids coding shit and the Top people making decisions just dont get how good this app could be if they didnt keep trying to fuck us

Tracticorn

Its wood pellet pre-order season. Go introduce yourself to the Store managers they will text you when they have large orders to go out +200$ 1.5 hours 8 miles. Looks like hard work but I pulled right next to the garage and just side unloaded it. Not that bad.

this is 4 tons, fyi guy asked to have it on 3 pallets to save room.

Roadiedash

Was seeing the comments on automatch posted on here last week's. Drove a decent distance today to do a errand. Got hit w 6 automatch trash along the way.

Probably they will move more to this to send offers to drivers first like you are special or something to sucker you in for dirt low rate. And slowly but surely the map will start to disappear as they move towards a doordash system.

Hello corporate, you need this

Needs to be some time every 2 weeks or whatever for cleaning and reset.

Your TMs cant be multitasking every physical second of the shift. If you need to build shit set a shift to build shit. If you have a project set a shift or reorganize the backroom or yard or do inventory hard counts etc.

I've never worked for such a company where every physical second is consumed and if you actually want to try to fix something you literally dont have the time.

Figure it out you cheap fucks.

Meat Grinder Retail

I do alot of physical stuff, outsdoors type stuff, hence why i work here. However the amount of physical demand seems beyond insane for the pennies.

Trucks on average are around 40 to 50k lbs, ya some of that is forklited to the yard etc, but still freight day the teams are expected to move this kind of weight in 6 hours lol. Ya no wonder this company has a high turnover rate. weeks 1 2 3 4 seem sorta fun doing something new, but the sheer volume of feed and bending, lifting, moving is not meant for average retail people.

Now would it be easier if there was more hands? of fucking course, but there isnt.

I would be suprised if freight members last more then 1 to 2 yrs if that, and im talking more about people throwing feed etc

If people here havent pulled a full pallet of feed to the floor with a shitty pallet jack, go ahead and give it a go. now do that 5 more times and better be done in 30 mins.

Hey roadie corp clowns

Since you want us to slave out at lowest cost to deliver how about make it even more game like. Let US submit our own offers to deliver, think about it. Dummies will lowball themselves and your gigs wont sit around to.be delivered and we dont have to waste our time waiting for your dumbass algo to increase the offers.

Its a win win 🏆 lol
