I dont play skarner but yesterday I was in a match against a skarner and I heard him do the classic cartoon run sound effect as he used his e to run away. Is this a normal thing because I cant find anything about it. The video is completely unedited. I am so extremely confused about it

Just wanted to share this for genuinely no reason because it annoyed me for some reason when people deny Susie having pink associated with her even tho she's been the pink one.
