2b/2c wavy hair, at my wits end with breakage and frizz

As you can see really well from my heat styled pictures I have tons of breakage and I cannot figure out what is causing it, I've been fighting it for years with varying degrees of minimal success. I'm not a swimmer and I spend very little time outside. I changed over to satin pillowcases and hair specific microfiber towels, I very rarely put it up in hairties, I use the super stretchy, soft nylon ones and don't pull it up in tight hairstyles. I'm using a generic bounce curl brush from amazon that's part boar bristle part plastic and I'm super gentle and start from the ends when I brush it. I stopped bleaching or dying my hair a very long time ago, it's all virgin hair right now. I use heat maybe once a week, I only use the tymo pro curl on the lowest heat setting and always make sure to generously cover my hair in heat protectant before hand. I wash my hair every 3rd day and oil the mid lengths and ends before getting it wet, I try my best not to put too much hot water on it, I shampoo twice and every other wash I'll use the dove mask before the conditioner. I try to style soaking wet if I'm wearing it natural, I always apply a leave in conditioner and an oil, I use gel and then gently scrunch and shape with the brush and use the microfiber towel to scrunch out the rest of the water, last thing I do is hit it with Hairspray and then let it air dry the rest of the way, I do not have the patience to diffuse it. When it's dry I gently scrunch the crunch with a little bit of oil. I try not to go to bed on wet hair but it happens sometimes. I just got a trim last week and the salon was just as baffled as I am about the breakage. I have tried tons of products and rarely repeat buy anything and nothing has ever truly helped even just minimize the appearance of it, any advice or product recommendations are greatly appreciated, thanks for reading my long ass post lol
