I made a support ticket about this but I thought I'd bounce this off others as well. We have a call center and Slack will work on new profiles for about a month and then it just doesn't launch anymore. These are Dell Windows 11 25h2 clients with 16 gigs of ram each. Deleting existing profiles works, but problem crops up again. Uninstalling/reinstalling sometimes fixes it.

What I've done so far - ran procmon on an affected profile and I never see slack.exe load at all - like the icon isn't pointed to the app.
Updated to the absolute latest version (4.49.89.0).
Really not much to go on tbh...
