I'm playing as an Overclan (Saznekaru, which I'm loving), but when I reformed from a clan, I didn't get my 6 Reforms. Is this normal? I don't remember much because I haven't played as a clan much, but I thought you'd get the 6 Reforms for free.

I'm already Emperor of the Lotus Throne and I'm slowly completing the missions, but I'm wondering... should I annex my subjects when I can, or is that a waste of diplomatic points and will the missions automatically annex them all?

I had to restart several times to complete the first mission because I needed to have a spy network with the Raj, but now that the Raj has disintegrated, how do I continue?
