I've lost acces to my Strava account that i've been paying for and using daily for years due to the lost Facebook x Strava connection.. I've been trying to get a response from the customer support for over a week now but the only one that responds is the stupid AI bot.. does someone have the a trick to get in touch?

I've read that a response from the customer support can take up to a month, that would be very bad in my opinion.
