This two questions has to be answered by management, this guys are looting the money and feeding them to their own friends for access.

1. The -$92.1M realized loss on ETH derivatives.

2. The "ETH Tower" contract obligations. $40- $50 million/yr, that is roughly over 10 years ~$500M contract deal most $BMNR holders have never heard of.

If I get decent response, I will draft and submit a public letter to BMNr to be more forthcoming about the outstanding stocks and will ask them to create ETH mNAV tracker, if SBET can. I think Tom LEE and management with this high salaries should too.
