What is this symbol?

Hello! I was recently in Bogotá and my great uncle gifted me an old tie clip he had of a hotel he used to work at. I think it was called the Hotel Tequendama. I was wondering if anyone here knew what the symbol on the tie clip is and what it represents? I think they have changed the logo of the hotel since, but I was able to find one image of the hotel's old logo and I think it is the same pre-Columbian motif. Does anyone know what this little figure represents? If not, does anyone know of any other subreddits or places I could go in search of this answer? (Hopefully the images are clear). Thank you in advance!

Colombian compulsory military service while living abroad and visiting Colombia

I was born in and am a citizen of Colombia. I moved when I was 7 to the country I live in now (of which I am a naturalized citizen). I am excited to be returning to Colombia for vacation next month for the first time in 12 years. I do not wish to give my exact age, but I am between 18-20 years old and am male, and so I am wondering if I will have any issues with the mandatory military service? Or like, will I be asked anything at the airport or something like that? Or, is there anything else I should prepare for with this situation? Thank you in advance!
