I already spent 2 swabs, only to find the dust specs bunched at the side on my test picture. Come onnn (It's my old D5100 I'm preparing for sale, and I'm practicing how to clean a sensor with it)
Besides practicing Kendo, I also like shooting at the Dojo (or events), and I recently upgraded my old Nikon D5100 to a Z50 ii, so I'm looking for a new lens to catch those ippon with the new camera.
I used to shoot with the F-mount 35mm 1.8G prime, which yielded nice pictures, but now that I'm on the Z-mount, I'm thinking of getting a new lens on the wider end because 35mm is a 50mm equivalent on my camera (it was too tight, I need to position myself too far), so I'm inclined to grab a 24 or 23mm prime (depends on the brand), but there are also some "fast" zooms to consider (e.g. Sigma 17-50 2.8).
Those of you with the overlapping interests of Kendo and photography, what kind of glass do you equip on your cameras?
I got the Z50 ii with the kit lens and the 50-250. I'm loving the camera, the 250 has given me some great bird shots, but I still lack some glass to cover what I like shooting:
- I'd like a bit more reach because those silly birds are shy, 400mm would be enough.
- I need a fast lens because I shoot people hitting each other really really fast in dim gyms (kendo). It can either be a ~24mm prime (35mm equivalent), or perhaps a fast zoom that includes that focal distance. -higher priority-
I can either bite the bullet and go native Z lenses (but it would take me a long time to save), or get the FTZ adapter and get cheaper F-mount glass, or get an ETZ adapter since I heard there's more variety in the E-mount ecosystem. Where should I look to cover each of my needs as cheaply as possible? (or both at the same time)
Extra info: I own the F-mount 35mm 1.8G that I used with my old D5100, so I could get the FTZ for that one, but I've realized I'd prefer a wider prime for kendo (I shoot relatively close, so the 50mm equivalent is to tight). Oh, I also saw some apparently decent Viltrox Z-Mount primes.
EDIT: From your recommendations, the DX 24 1.7 or the Viltrox 23 1.4, both native Z-Mount, seem to be the way to go. I think I'll get the cheapest from the 2 (this is Argentina, there's no real "cheap" here haha) For a telephoto, I'll regularly check for some used F-mount Nikkor or some Tamron around the 500mm mark. Thanks everyone!
Number one seems to be "K&F Concept" brand, with unidirectional valve for air intake and exhaust, and number two ("VSGO" brand) has air filters, but it doesn't specify anything about valves (but having a filter would be pointless without valve, right). I'd appreciate any recommendation or experiences with these or similar products (these 2 seem to be the best available ones in my country ATM)
I want a PB as a backup to power my new mirrorles camera (not to recharge its battery). For what I read 27w is ideal, so I found that Xiaomi model. Everything points to it likely being a PD brick (quick charge, in/out in the same USB C, 9A=3A), except that it is not written anywhere in the product specifications!

If anyone has used it and can confirm, I'll happily buy one. Otherwise I'll go up one model, that does specify having PD.
