Balance keeps changing rapidly despite not receiving a refund.
I must admit I am rather bad with interpreting such things but sometimes certainly seems odd too me. My balance is all over the place and my meter readings appear to be off. Also my bill for may appears to be unusually high despite not really using the heating or gas hob. Can anyone explain?
