recently upgraded from a ryzen 1600 non af and ran ram at 4000mhz for years, to a ryzen 5500

i have been running these timings for the past 3 weeks stable on occt and survives gaming 3-4 a day at 4k

i had a issue were i could not get tfaw at 16 i just turned up my trcdrd to 24 from 23 and was passed 2 hours of occt (sse and avx2) and bf6

currently testing twtrl at 10

also if i change twr to 20 it crashes

any advice would be nice thanks

also using only 2 sticks of 8gb

(edit) everything under twtrl is set on auto
