Quick question for Indian students who registered for the SAT recently (Payment issue)

Hey everyone,

Quick panic question: I'm currently on the checkout page for the SAT and the total is $130.98. The 20-minute timer is running.

I'm about to use an Indian debit/credit card to pay, but I know our banks usually block international USD transactions by default.

Before I hit submit and risk getting my funds stuck or the transaction blocked:

Do I just need to turn on International Usage / E-commerce in my banking app?

Has anyone successfully used PayPal as an international student from India to bypass the bank block?

Let me know what worked best for you so I don't lose this test center seat. Thanks!

How do I pay for the SAT from India without the transaction declining?

Hey guys, I'm currently setting up my College Board profile and trying to book my SAT exam. The total at checkout is coming to $130.98 with the international regional fees.

I've read a lot of horror stories about Indian debit/credit cards constantly getting declined by the College Board portal, or the page freezing on the 20-minute checkout timer.

What is the safest payment method to use as an international student from India?

Should I use a specific bank's card, switch on specific settings, or just link my card to PayPal?

Any quick tips to avoid getting my money stuck or losing my seat would be appreciated!
