Has anyone bought other 12v 2A power adaptor online from Amazon or ebay? If so, does it work? Is there a way I can get an official Apextime AC adapter?

I’ve plugged in the power and pressed the button on the bottom right to sync, but the light inside the case doesn’t seem to work.

Does anyone know a solution to this? If anyone knows love to know a solution

So basically this card was originally a PSA9, with a cracked corner. So I cracked it open and resubmitted it. Somehow came back a 7 😭Theres no whitening or any damages on the edges. What should I do? Resubmit or send it to other grading company
