Pls help me figure out if I should take AP Chem regarding my intended major!

As the title says. My counselor sucks, so I'm here now.

I am currently a junior, and I am planning to pursue a BA in Environmental Studies or an equivalent and complete my science requirement in ecology.

I have hefty writing EC's, and for science, I took both AP Bio and APES and got A's. I have a 3.9 unweighted and 4.5 weighted GPA (I got 2 B's freshman year). I am average to kinda bad in Math, but good at quantitative reasoning; however, I have not taken any math APs. Next year, I will take statistics.

I am aiming for a good UC and keeping my doors open for a T20 or Ivy, and I will do whatever is necessary to increase my chances.

Should I take regular chem or AP Chem Senior year? I have never taken a chemistry class before, so I don't exactly have the fundamentals. Chemistry really interests me! But I'm more excited to take it in college than at my school, and without fundamentals. If I were to take AP Chem, I would practice over the summer.

My question is. Is it necessary? Will it break my chances for what I'm going for?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Looking for feedback for my Lit Journal + Future Youngarts submission (UNFINISHED)

Hey! I would really appreciate some feedback, as this is my first time really writing fiction for someone other than myself.

In short, this is about a man named Guerrero, who represents humanity, seeking to make things right with his brother, Bellator, whom he abandoned. Bellator represents nature.
This is NOT done. If you want a further explanation for what the story means and what I am trying to do my notes are on pages 11-12.

Thank you so much!
