Urine Sediment

5 year old, female, centrifuged urine sediment. Look like "acanthocyte" acting globular/blebbed WBCs. Showed doctor these pictures, he thought urine crystals, but I disagree. Patient discharged, but curiosities like these keep me wondering til I get an answer. What do you all think?

What are these globs in this urine sediment?

Did my best to take these pics with my phone. Showed the doctor and he thought these were crystals, but I've never seen crystals like this. I described this as a "dysmorphic acanthocyte looking WBC? glomular blobs". He said patient has reoccurring UTIs. I am a 6 year med tech, never seen these before. Look like WBCs with bubbles stuck to them.

Edit: 3rd picture specific to question. So far, consensus on medlabprofessionals subreddit is simply dysmorphic RBCs. I've yet to see such dysmorphia on a 1+ erthrocyte UA.
