I was in a long term relationship (7 years) where he was sexual assulting me while i was asleep, it was going on for many years, but i was too scared to leave. We broke up about 2 months ago and he has admitted to this over text a few times, and im going to report him to the police. I need an advocate or someone who has gone through this to help me through the process. I can go more into detail through pm as this is very personal, i just dont know where to begin in this process.
