How can l help my skin? I do botox twice or three times a year, use vit c, sunscreen and retinol cosmetics. I live in very hot and humid tropical country.

I didn't try any procedures apart of botox. What should I consider?

I will try to go on hormonal therapy this August when l visit Europe and finally can get my hands in it.

What else can l do /should be doing?

This month I didn't use much... Hopefully May will be better. I will try incorporating eye masks and sheet masks more, also continue with foils. Used this big bubble bath as shower gel but in May l will concentrate more on small hotel bottles of shower gels/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion.
