Dry looking makeup - I give up

I’ve taken your advices, but I’m still having the same problem of my full coverage makeup looking patchy, dry, and emphasizing my pores.
I’ve tried no primer, a pore-blurring primer, a hydrating primer, a grip primer, little powder, exfoliating like a lot of you mentioned, hydrating skin prep etc. I also bought the d’Alba First Serum Spray which I love, used it between steps in my routine..but still the same problem.
I have combo/oily skin, especially oily on my nose. I’d like a medium to full coverage because I have a lot of hyperpigmentation. Here’s a list of products I use:
Moisturizer: Dr. Althea 345 relief cream
SPF: Torriden tone-up SPF (green and white bottle)
Alternating primers:
SheGlam pore-blurring primer
Or
NYX Face Glue
Or
Elf grip primer with niacinamide
Main foundations:
Maybelline Lumi Matte - Can THIS be the culprit? Is it too mattifying or just not good?
Or
Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation NEW formula
Huda Beauty Easy Bake loose powder
D’Alba First Serum Spray
Setting sprays:
Skindinavia Oil Control setting spray
Or
L’Oreal 3 second setting spray
Should I switch for a more hydrating foundation, despite having combo skin? Open to all your advices again :)
Also, many of you asked on my last post; I am wearing SheGlam matte liquid lipstick in Dollhouse (previously called Momojo)
