I was worried after reading some reviews for the chameleon chrome eyeshadow foil but I'm impressed with how it stayed all day in 95° weather, and going swimming. Pics are throughout the day. I used it as a topper, which I think helped. I also used a ton of it so I could pat it on, not swipe. Had to go fast and after applying I kept my eyes closed for a few minutes. It started to flake more after about 12 hours, otherwise it wasn't too bad.

i’ve been doing my makeup for about 10 years and love doing creative colorful looks with big liner, but i can’t seem to find an everyday look that i like. i’m starting a new more professional job soon and i want to have a quick routine that helps me look/feel more put together.

my current go-to is a dark brown eyeshadow on an angled brush in the lower lash line, blended out a bit with a fluffy brush, then a light gray on the inner corner and browbone w mascara. then i use blush on the apples of my cheeks and some bronzer on my nose to bring attention to the middle of my face. then usually some lipgloss.

i think there’s something going on with my undertones that make it look/feel more costume-y.

should i go for a cooler or warmer undertone for my products, or is my blush/eye application sabotaging me?

blush is wetnwild (color name is worn off), all eyeshadow is color pop neutrals matte palette, and the bronzer is a nondescript stick from walgreens.

Let me know the whole routine with product names preferably.

I'm especially curious about those eye shimmers. So please tell me which eye products will help me achieve that wet look on my eyes.

And lip product. I love shades like that. So if you know any glossy lip colours or even matte ones the same shade. I have two toned lips so give recommendations according to that please.

only watch tutorial videos, and I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing and just wanted to try evening out my skin tone and covering up some redness and acne marks. I tried to keep it looking natural, but I’m not sure whether it looks good.

I am a big makeup enthusiast and have a ton of makeup but I find myself buying more makeup anytime something interests me. I know that I don’t need it and I feel guilty buying more when I have enough to last a lifetime. And I used to wear make up every day and have fun doing it. First time trying something like this and it was very hard to blend! I used the Mehron Island Palette to achieve the foundation base. There aren’t names for the colors I used on the palette but I used the dark purple color for the outer edges of my face and the light purple color for my highlights. I didn’t set the light purple which was a huge mistake on my part because I wear glasses and it did get smudged around my nose. (huge fyi, I did not contour my nose because I normally don’t!) I did set the darker purple with the Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette in the color ‘Not My Journey’ and I tried to contour with it at first but decided to just set the purple to keep it matte (even though the Mehron palette sets really matte, if you don’t sweat it off lol). I don’t use any face primers only because I normally don’t use foundation so I just put it straight on my face. For the start of the eye makeup, I used the Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette in the color ‘Therapy Sesh’ in the crease of my eyes, then I used ‘Lolli Mama’ and ‘Tipsy Girl’ in the upper corner of my eyes dragging it onto the side of the bridge of my nose. Then I used the James Charles x Morphe eyeshadow palette blue shadow color that looks darker than the lighter blue color there (since there are no names for the eyeshadow colors in the palette). Then of course I went back to the Mehron Island Palette to create my graphic eyeliner using the light green color and I tried to play around with random shapes and I got this! I used the color ‘Dance Party’ as blush, ‘Boujie’ as highlighter. For my lips, I used the same colors I used on my eyes in a blurred effect and then lined them with the dark purple color on the Mehron palette. I used the LA Girl setting spray to hold this all together but extremely lightly since the Mehron palette is water activated so if you use the palette, I suggest to just set your face with powder/eyeshadow instead of using a setting spray. I hope this helps!!

The hello kitty one is new, I got it cause my bigger boxes felt to cluttered up and it was a bit hard to get trought my stuff to find certain items without having to empty the entire box every time.

In my left one I put all of the serum and toner I got, middle one is eyecream and face cream, right one is lip masks, lip scrubs and lip balms

For anyone interested into these storage boxes, I got all of them at Miniso, but not sure if they still sell the larger onces.

I really hate my nostrils :/ they are large, long and my nose tip is pointy, which means the entire world can see them.
Does anyone here have any advice on minimising their appearance ? I tried to find something but it seems like my nose is quite “unique “ looking.

I was just applying my Huda Beauty lipgloss when I saw that the brush was a weird blue/green colour. Is this mold or is this the actual colour of the brush?

This product is not even expired yet so I’m very confused how and why did a mold happen (if it’s actually a mold)
