I ordered some things online, and the store uses fedex (only option is paying $50 for fast delivery) and my package has been stuck at the NORTHAMPTON, PA facility for a week.
If you guys can't get a package through a facility in less than week, it's time to wrap it up. UPS and Amazon are eating your lunch. I will never ship an item through FedEx again.
