Looking for Guidance After Leaving Deloitte USI – Seeking Analyst/Operations Roles
I worked as an Operations Intern at Curriculum Associates
and received a full-time offer from them. However, I declined it because I had an offer from Deloitte USI
for a Business Technology Analyst role.
After joining Deloitte USI and completing the training, I was suddenly told that I needed to relocate to Gurgaon. The issue was that my offer letter mentioned Bangalore as the location. I was honestly open to relocating anywhere except Gurgaon due to personal reasons, but there was no flexibility from their side, and I was eventually asked to resign.
It’s been about a month now, and I’ve been actively looking for roles in Data Analyst, Business Analyst, and Operations. I do have internship experience and training exposure, but the current market has been really tough.
Has anyone here gone through something similar, especially with location changes after joining? Also, if anyone has suggestions, referrals, or advice for analyst/operations roles, I’d genuinely appreciate it.
