Anyone here dealt with sealed juvenile records while pursuing healthcare programs?

I’ve been stressing heavily over something and wanted to see if anyone has real experience with this situation.

I’m currently a 23 year old perusing a Biology major with a Physiology minor and I’m about 54% done with my degree. Right now my cumulative GPA is around a 3.33–3.4. My science GPA is definitely weaker than I’d like, but the good thing is that most of the classes I still have left are science courses, so I still have room to improve it significantly before graduating.

Academically I’ve been trying to lock in and get myself on the right path toward healthcare (possibly MD/DO, dentistry, PA, etc.), but I also have a juvenile record from when I was younger that’s been weighing on me mentally.
For context, all of my juvenile cases have been sealed, and I recently filed for expungement as well. The charges involved:

FIRST OFFENSE CHARGES:
unlawful possession of a firearm: guilty
unlawful possession of a firearm: nulled
Stolen vehicle: nulled
Runaway: nulled

SECOND OFFENSE CHARGERS (a couple months after)
Robbery: guilty

The cases were sealed/nolled, and everything occurred while I was a minor, but I still don’t fully understand what schools, licensing boards, hospital systems, or background checks can actually see. I keep finding conflicting information online.

What’s making this worse is that healthcare admissions already seem insanely competitive even for people with perfect records, so I keep wondering if this is going to ruin my chances before I even get there.

A few things I’m trying to understand:
Have any of you gotten into med school, DO school, dental school, PA school, nursing, etc. with sealed or expunged juvenile records?

•Do schools usually care more about convictions vs dismissed/nolled charges?

•If something was sealed or expunged as a juvenile, did you still disclose it?

•Did issues come up later during clinical rotations, hospital clearance, residency, or licensing?

•Is there a difference between what schools can see versus what state boards/FBI checks can see?

•Did anyone do an FBI background check on themselves beforehand?

I’ve genuinely matured a lot since then and my focus now is school, healthcare, personal growth, and building a future. I just don’t know how much the past can continue following someone around even after juvenile court.

I’d really appreciate honest experiences or advice from anyone who has been through something similar.
