Realistic price for a 25 Pro S RWD? (PNW)

I’m looking to lease or finance a 25 Pro S RWD in the WA/OR region. There are a few close by that I have my eye on. I had a few questions:

Since it’s been out for awhile and the 27 is coming soon, is there any use in financing?
What is a realistic price to shoot for before taxes and fees? The cars have been on the lot for a long time, looks like 11 and 18 months for two that I’m looking at.

Worth it to lease?

Howdy party people! My wife and I are looking into leasing a Buzz sometime this fall. I understand this vehicle is two years old at this point, and I was wondering if dealerships would even consider a 24 mo lease or if they’re only interested in financing.

I’m in the Seattle area but am willing to travel to pick up. I found a few units that have been sitting on the lot for over a year in Oregon that fit the bill.

What would be a realistic OTD price be for a RWD Pro S and / or a Pro S Plus?

Can an FFL pin mags included in a pistol bundle? (Shield Plus)
