Hey there. I got a new S120 Briggs and Stratton Tractor Mower. I overfilled the engine with oil and it didn't start (obviously)

I emptied out the oil, removed and checked the spark plugs, they're fine. Removed and checked/cleaned air filter area. All good there. The battery is working great. I did get oil on the wires by the motor when I emptied the mower.

When I try to turn the engine over it's making the sound like it's trying to catch but still nothing.

I guess I flooded the Carburetor, but any incite would help.
