Hello everyone!

This is my first time working on a large scale EVA prop. I've done a lot of reading online but would love to hear your thoughts.

I'm creating a replica of the fork from the Kirby Cafe and am particularly stumped on how I should go about smoothing the tiny cut out spaces in the lettering. Should I cut my losses and give it a second attempt - this time swapping out blades more frequently? I had some trouble getting nice smooth cuts on the smaller sections with how little space I had to work with.

I'll be adding some thick wire in between the two layers of the fork to reinforce it. Should I purchase a dremel for smoothing out the large outer edges of the fork?
