Apartment Friendly off ice?

I've been wanting to start more off ice work, however most the tutorials online I find consist lots of jumping exercises. The only place I can do jumping exercises are at my apartment complex's playground. I was wondering if anyone had any off ice, or even just workouts tutorials online, that would be helpful for skating that I would be okay doing in an apartment? If anyone knows even just what muscle targets I can look for workouts online for that would also be extremely appreciated. Thank you!

How to make more improvement?

I've been skating for about 1.5 years taking two hour long lessons a week. I take lessons in Korea that are in Korean despite me not being fully fluent, however me and my teacher use a mix of Korean and English. My current classes are with 5-6 other girls one day and 3-4 others on the other day. Despite skating for a somewhat long amount of time, my jumps just recently got up to toe loop and I'm only somewhat able to do a scratch spin. I really want to improve at a faster rate in almost every aspect but am unsure exactly how to go about with it. Does anyone have any advice on higher or more stable jumps or holding a spin longer or off ice or just any advice overall? Thank you!
