I need some advice
I have a 2015 Infiniti qx60 that recently drove fine until I got in my car to crank it and it would turn on but not crank. It also wouldn’t let me turn it back off. We replaced the battery, the starter, and the brake pedal sensor and none of those things worked. The key immobilizer is lit up but none of the hard resets are working because we can’t turn the car off once it’s on. The mechanic I have now is saying we need a specific code to reset the immobilizer but we can’t find that code anywhere online and I’d like to avoid taking it to the dealership due to the price they charge. Obviously if we can’t find the code I’ll have to take it in to have it reprogrammed. But does anyone happen to know the code or know how to solve this prior to me taking it into the dealership. (I own it so I’m not required to have it serviced in one place)
