So I was Wondering what tuning people were using for more speed so I went to a tuning menu. I found the tuning but it won't let me get it for the Special Slot For some reason but I can get it for a normal slot? Can someone explain it to me please.

So i took this picture with my phone of me doing the tutorial on my Nintendo switch and I was Wondering why there's those weird structures that aren't there when You Play the Actual Game. Is it the old map model or something?
