Looking into apartments for summer of 2027, what should I look out for? I wish to stay with my gf and 2 friends. What I can afford for rent (split between us including utilities & amenities) is 425 a month. I was looking at Riverside for cheapest most highly rated and avoiding Mason Properties due to hearing about it having a bad lease agreement. Same with Hunter Star Properties (went over this with a lawyer and its literally ILLEGAL!!!) and The Terraces of Dekalb (Lawyer also told me to avoid this place!!). Let me know what you think can work, and what ideas ya got! Thanks!
