I’m playing Elden Ring using seamless co-op with a partner, and we’re both running the “Map for Goblins enhanced” mod via Mod Engine 2 as we cant play together unless we are running same mod.
I want to know if it’s possible to configure the mod so that map icon visibility is handled client-side rather than synced.
What i want:
Host (me): no map icons visible
Co-op partner: all map icons visible

Current behavior:
When I rest at a Site of Grace and disable map icons, the change propagates to my partner’s game as well. that means the setting is being synchronized across the session.(i don't need map icons)

Question:
Is there a way to prevent map icon visibility from syncing between players, so each client can maintain independent map settings?
This is the only mod we are using in elden ring nothing else
