Is there any good drinking place in Banaras? All the places I find on Google are trying too hard to be a club and failing miserable. I just want some place I can have 3-4 drinks, eat good food and be on my way. I've been to some bars here but they are more of a event, Bangalore level prices but the cocktails suck.

I'm missing the small local bars in Goa I could just walk to, eat and drink alone or with some people, no loud music or huge lights.
