I'll have a couple games where I get 3-4 kills very early on before level 6. What should I be building to snowball my advantage and get more kills? Getting sheen + tear feels a little bit like I'm delaying my strengths and setting up well for the midgame, but I would really prefer to crush lane and get tower ASAP.

I normally play Caitlyn and Ezreal bot and I've been having a lot of fun learning to play Vel'Koz and Seraphine bot. I'm Emerald IV.

I don't have a great sense of the mage bot matchups since there's just not much of a sample size on op.gg or anywhere. When is it actually a good time to pick mage champs in bot and which ones?
