I purchased a product that had not even shipped yet and was charged a restocking fee of 10.00 for a product that was new and not available to be shipped. When I contacted them the first time, I was told I would receive my refund in full. When I viewed the return on my credit card, the refund was 10.00 less than what I paid. I contacted them and they said the reason was due to restocking fee. The supervisor never called me back. Do not purchase any item from this company.
