I’m looking for a 2d animated short film I saw many years ago on YouTube. It was about two human women who live in a magical forest but one of them slowly transforms into a mystical creature: something like a harpy with plant-like feathers growing in her hair and face, which worries her partner. At one point, they go climbing a cliff to gather crystals or flowers or something. The older human woman tethers herself to her afflicted partner, who isn’t acting normal: flying and frolicking instead of working. I don’t remember what else happens, but at the end they are embracing and accepting the change that is happening.
