Living Room Split By Fireplace Seeking Solutions
I have a 30’x20’ Living Room with a massive fireplace as a centerpiece. I have had the TV and couches on each side. My picture shows how it’s currently set up. I’m not in love with any of the furniture I currently have because it was for a previous home.
The windows look out to a greenbelt that has active animal traffic.
How would you design each side? One side for social gatherings and the other for TV/Entertainment. There was a previously a pool table on the kitchen side but I can’t afford that right now.
Required furniture: TV and Stand, 3 Bookcases for Tabletop Games and Media, Couches to seat at least 5.
Add extra furniture as you see fit.
