I'm going to look at a house today and my realtor advised that the seller won't pay for the occupancy inspection or the dye test for the municipal sewer. She didn't seem overly concerned about it but I'm a little iffy on it.

Is this a red flag? Will any issues that would affect this occupancy certificate be addressed in the normal home inspection before we would close?
