We generally avoid venues where the stage is not visible from the lawn. So Merriweather is a no go for us no matter who is playing; we’ll drive farther to see the stage. But the line up was too good for us to pass up especially since we didn’t love other festival line ups this year (Ocean’s Calling would be our preferred). We also hoped since it was more than one stage it would be better. Just to prepare us for disappointment - as a festival how hard is it to see the stages? (we’re GA like we are at most concerts we go to)
