I've measured myself using both the ABTF calculator and I've been measured in stores, both say I'm a 30DDD, so I'm fairly confident on my size.
I've never really had a bra that fits well. I've tried a couple from Shapermint, and they're supposed to fit a 30DDD, (but thoes are measured in S, M, L etc) and the size that was supposed to fit me doesn't have tight enough band fit.
My local Victoria's secret only carries two styles in my size, both of them fall off me because I have very narrow shoulders.
I prefer bra's with a tighter fit, especially with the band. I'm looking for day wear bras and a sports bra since I've recently started working out more and my current bra's are horrible for that, the band keeps riding up.
I need something with a tight band, good support and tight straps too. Does anyone have recommendations of specific bra's or places to find them? I'm going absolutely insane.
I have pretty severe sensory issues and it's been a nightmare with bras, if i don't find someone that makes me comfortable I'm also seriously considering a reduction. But I'm also only 20 so I don't know if i want to go that route yet.

My measurements are Loose underbust 31 Snug underbust 30 Standing bust 36 Leaning bust 37 Laying bust 38
I have a pretty even fullness distribution. And I am overall very narrow set
