Switched today from Verizon after 21 years. Live in a major metro. Took 10 minutes. Pixel phone.

Only issue - which was my fault - I couldn't delete my VZW e-Sim at first because I'm a maroon and forgot I had a physical Sim in the phone.

Chat support was super helpful and better than any other technical chat support I've used. Just removed the physical Sim, then erased both e-Sims. Support then just downloaded a new e-Sim for me and I was back in business.

Looking forward to my Bill being 60% less.
