So I still have service with my current carrier for the next 3 days, and after that I’m planning to start the Visible trial. Should I go ahead and pay now to lock in the current Fresh Start deal, or wait and see if a better promo comes along?

I just updated my app. Now I need to login with username, password and a text message every time. Even if I setup for Face ID. it was working fine before this current update.

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I am on the Visible Basic plan. I want to be able to talk, text, and have data while I am in Tijuana, Mexico. I plan to be there this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Switched to Visible 5G Home Internet shortly after it came out. Obviously it was available to me at that time and I’ve been using it for the last few weeks.

I started having some internet speed issues to the point it would become unusable a few times throughout the day. Customer support ended up telling me I’m no longer in Visible’s home internet service area and they will send a return label for the gateway. When I check availability at my address it now says not available.

I don’t get how they can backtrack service like that. They’re at least refunding me but it’s unfortunate since phone coverage has been great so I had hoped internet would be too.

Anyway, just a sad story/user experience to share!

I’ll be traveling to Italy, and have a few questions about how service works. I have the Visible+ Pro plan, and see I have 24 passes. Are the passes free to use in Italy, or am I charged $10 per day?

Additionally, is there any sim or things that I need prior to departure? I see it says I need to enable the feature. I would assume I should do that the day before?

Will a Verizon iphone 17 work with Visible?

Ordered a SIM card last weekend and ported to Visible from my current provider. Got a FedEx tracking number with an estimated delivery time. At work on Tuesday, I got a "failed delivery notification" because I was not home to sign and receive the package. Of course I'm not not home, it's a weekday. Everyone's at work. This morning I get another failed delivery notification. No one's home to sign because I'm at work!

I chat with a rep on the Visible app and they say there's nothing they can do to help because they only deliver on weekdays.

This is frustrating because on the Visible app, it says my number is now with Visible. Is there a rep here I can talk to please? Thanks

Me and my wife have separate phone plans. I’m on USC and she’s on Verizon. We’re thinking about both making the switch to visible. Her Verizon plan works fine but it’s about $80 a month. My USC is $70 a month and it’s awful service. We are in the Triad NC area. Does anyone have any pros or cons for the service specially in this area. I know I have to make the switch. There isn’t really any family plan that can compare to each of us having our own visible plan.

Additionally, we travel abroad a couple weeks every year and I’m wondering if anybody has experience with dual eSIM on their phone. If I am doing a firm payments, can I add an international eSIM for my travel dates?

Recently moved my parents over to Visible. My mom has an iPhone 12 Pro, and despite now 4 times of reissuing the eSIM via the app, she doesn’t ever get data. The signal bars show. She gets phone calls and texts just fine, but it never shows LTE or 5G. The app just suggests doing a new eSIM, but that never does the trick. Anyone ever dealt with this and have any suggestions? She’s running the latest iOS 26.5. Restarted her phone many times. Tried resetting network settings. Nothing seems to work. Tried changing voice and data to LTE vs 5G Auto. No change whatsoever.

I would gladly pay for faster unlimited hotspot.

I posted a few days ago asking about any differences between Visible Home Internet and Verizon Home Internet to see if there was any catch since it doesn’t seem to be speed capped and the price was cheaper. Turns out the catch is that the service is in no way comparable to Verizon Home Internet. After struggling to even get the modem connected to the network, my download speeds are MAYBE 5-7mbps and upload speeds around 1-2mbps. The router sits in the same spot my Verizon router was in, and my Verizon router would usually get 90ish mbps, so it’s not that it’s just sitting in a location with bad reception. Looks like I unfortunately wasted $50.

My sister paid for mint mobile annual. It's going to renew in October 2026..she uses a lot of cell data and the mint plan limits her each month. She wants to get visible unlimited and port her mint mobile number but wants to continue to use what's remaining from mint.

Is it possible to get a visible plan now and port over when her mint mobile plan expires.

Is anyone aware of a test call number, similar to #832 on Verizon, that works for Visible?

I know some people were buying locked TracFone phones and using them on visible and was wondering if your service is still working without issue and how long have you been using the phone for on visible. If by any chance Verizon did pull the switch and blocked the phones from being used I have a backup unlocked phone I could switch to.

I rely on my phone for a living as part of my business and i've had Visible for half a year at this point. Works great in most places. However i've noticed in pockets of DC, particularly around the Petworth/Brightwood area, I consistently lose any kind of service DESPITE seeing full bars and LTE on my phone screen. Anybody experience this sort of thing?

Trying to get service set up for my wife and I. Going for the Visible+ option. We currently pay $88/mo for service from Verizon. Let me know if a better deal is possible - or if this even possible because I'm not aware if deals don't stack.

2. Send her a referral code. $20 off first bill for her and I.

3. Set up Visible inner circle. $5/mo off.

That comes to no bill for the first month, and $30/mo total for both of us, for the rest of the year.

Is this possible? Or does a better deal exist?

Are there any, non 12 month, promos to test out visible?

Trying to port over a second iphone, app will NOT load properly. Have tried multiple resets, reinstalls and tried a different connection. Visible website was also flagged at first on safari, but then was able to be used after cache history cleared.. How can I fix the app tech issue? Spent an hour on phone with visible rep with zero resolutions..

Other iphone in the house downloads the app and functions with zero issues.. please help!
