What is it like to hate being vulnerable?
Ok for context my bf HATES being vulnerable. I've asked him about why before and he says it just makes him feel weak. The other night he broke down crying in my arms for a reason I'm not gonna share here, but he was so ashamed the whole time. Can anyone please tell me what it's like to feel like that? And what I can do to support him when he is being vulnerable?
